Justin Noll has over a decade of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and continuous improvement consulting. Justin is currently working as an Executive Career Coach for Career Propulsion and as an Executive Coach and Mentor for Mentorforce. Before this, they worked as the Principal of JD Noll Strategies LLC, where they provided customized training programs for leaders that focused on maximizing team results.
Justin also has experience in senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and durable plastics manufacturing industries. Justin worked as the Vice President of R&D and Supply Chain for SEKISUI KYDEX, where they were responsible for developing innovations in plastics and creating a robust supply chain. Before this, Justin worked for Merck and its subsidiary, Cherokee Pharmaceuticals, where they held several executive positions, including Executive Director of Supply Chain Management and Plant Manager/SVP.
In addition to their corporate experience, Justin has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Bloomsburg University and as the Principal Partner of LEEP, an organization committed to leader and team development. Justin holds an MBA from Bloomsburg University and uses their experiences as a leader and educator to provide practical advice and solutions to current and aspiring leaders.
Justin Noll completed their Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree at Villanova University from 1976 to 1980. Decades later in 2013, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2014.
