Allison Toth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Allison is currently a Contributing Member at CS Insider, where they contribute to the creation of bi-weekly reports and the development of the Customer Success Rolodex. Allison is also a Member of The Customer Success Association, the Customer Success Collective, and Gain Grow Retain, where they actively participate in networking, learning, and professional growth within the customer success profession. Additionally, they are a Customer Success Mentee at Mentorloop, where they are receiving mentorship and upskilling in customer success.

In their previous roles, Allison was the Founder and Owner of Old Gold Vintage, a circular/sustainable retail boutique. Allison successfully implemented alternative sales channels, developed and executed an SEO strategy, and solicited and implemented customer feedback, resulting in high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Allison also worked as a COVID-19 Investigation Task Force Case Investigator and Contact Tracer at the Tri-County Health Department, where they provided guidance and support to customers and effectively managed cases through case management software and CRM record-keeping.

Furthermore, Allison worked as a Customer Success Manager at the Dairy Arts Center, where they achieved revenue growth and exceeded customer retention goals by leveraging data analytics and building strong customer relationships. Allison also served as a trusted partner to strategic accounts, contributing to increased revenue and customer satisfaction. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Costume Stylist for the PEAK TO PEAK PLAYERS and LOCAL Theater Company, collaborating with actors, directors, and producers to design and style costumes that enhance the audience's experience.

Allison Toth holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued Film Studies at Scottsdale Community College from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Playwriting and Screenwriting. In 2006, Allison obtained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor) Certificate from Canterbury English, S.L.
