Durga Narayan Shrestha has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2011. Durga Narayan began their career as an Asst. Housekeeping Manager at AHS Hospitality - a Chandler Macleod Group Business in 2011. In 2015, they moved to Sodexo as an Asst. Housekeeping Executive Manager. In 2017, they joined Mentorloop as a Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer.

Durga Narayan Shrestha has an extensive education history in the field of Information Technology. Durga Narayan started in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Computer Application from Nepal College of Computer Studies, which they completed in 2005. In 2008, they went on to pursue a Master of Information Technology (Professional Computing) at Swinburne University of Technology, which they completed in 2010. In 2017, they completed a Microsoft Certification in MSCD Web Application Certification. Durga Narayan is currently enrolled in a Web Development course at Outcome.life.
