Colleen d'Offay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client success and operational leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at MentorMatch since June 2022, Colleen has previously held key positions including Head of Client Success - Public & Enterprise Services at Ascender HCM and CEO at TBI Diagnostics Pty Ltd. With a strong background in client services from roles at Frontier Software, Care Connect, and Greater Group, Colleen has also contributed to the operational excellence of Healthwise Pharmacies Group as Chief Operating Officer and MYOB as Executive Manager - Sales and Marketing. Colleen's educational credentials include a Master of Management in Leadership Navigation from RMIT University and ongoing participation in the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
