Jay Spiegel

Jay Spiegel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay began their career in 1988 as a Firefighter for the Department of Defense, where they responded to alarms and operated emergency equipment. Jay worked in this role until 2004. In 2007, Jay became a Registered Nurse for the Missouri Disaster Response System, providing patient care until 2012. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at the University of Kansas Medical Center as a Registered Nurse specializing in neurosciences telemetry and pain management. Jay also worked as a Registered Nurse at Shawnee Mission Medical Center in 2010, focusing on patient care planning and implementation. Jay briefly worked as a Registered Nurse at Saint Mary's Hospital in the same year. Jay then transitioned to customer service roles, working as a Customer Care Representative for American Cyber Systems from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Menufy starting in 2021.

Jay is also certified as an Armature Radio Operator (KD0GSM) by the Federal Communications Commission.
