Jeremy Harder

Jeremy Harder has a diverse work experience. Jeremy started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Eau Claire County in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Unemployment Insurance Specialist for the State of Wisconsin until 2016. During the same period, they also worked as a Public Safety Telecommunicator at Marathon County Employment. Harder joined UnitedHealth Group in 2011 and served as an Adjustment Representative, where they handled health insurance claims and resolved issues until 2014. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Roehl Transport as a Driver Employment Specialist, and later became a Fleet Manager, overseeing and managing a fleet of professional truck drivers. Harder joined Senasys in 2022 as a Project Manager and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Software Support Specialist at MenuMetric, starting in 2023. Additionally, Harder has a background in the military, serving as a Senior Culinary Advisor in the United States Army National Guard since 2007.

Jeremy Harder completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Chippewa Valley Technical College, attending from 2011 to 2013. Jeremy then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at UW-Stout, from 2013 to 2014.
