Christian Ferrari

After a university course in public law and obtaining the 3rd cycle in local authority management, Christian has developed strong expertise in training in local authorities.

At the end of the 1980s, he created a consulting firm and supported small and medium-sized businesses / mid-market companies and large groups in their efforts to structure and develop their human resources, with the principles of total quality.

In the early 2000s, he developed a very innovative method of keeping vulnerable employees in employment, for the companies concerned.

At the end of 2016, he joined the Menway Group as co-leader of the HR consulting division to develop an original service offering to support transformations, in particular through the use of collective intelligence.
