Christiaan Ballard

Christiaan Ballard is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and talent management, currently serving in a People & Talent role at Menyala since October 2021. Prior to this, Christiaan held the position of Portfolio Talent for Southeast Asia & India at B Capital Group from January 2020 to October 2021, contributing to investments in transformative startups. Christiaan's background includes extensive experience at HubSpot, where several positions were held, culminating in the role of Head of Recruitment for the APAC region from November 2012 to December 2019.
