Laurie Butler

Laurie Butler is an experienced environmental manager with a robust background in environmental compliance and management across various sectors, particularly in aviation and oil and gas. Currently serving as the Environmental Manager for Menzies Aviation since May 2018, Laurie oversees compliance programs such as SWPPP and SPCC at Anchorage International Airport. Previous roles include environmental management at PRL Logistics, where responsibilities focused on transport activities in challenging environments, and lead supervising environmental scientist at MWH Global, emphasizing compliance and permitting in the oil and gas sector. Additional experience encompasses environmental project management at ICRC Solutions and environmental compliance at Anchorage Service International Group. Laurie holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Resource Conservation from the University of Montana.
