Martin Harrell

Martin Harrell is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in senior leadership roles. Martin currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Menzies Aviation in Europe, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for The Americas at Menzies Aviation from June 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Menzies Aviation, Harrell held various positions at Brink's Inc, a global security and logistics company. Martin served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the US from August 2017 to May 2019, and prior to that, as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the US from March 2016 to August 2017. Martin also held the role of Director of European Markets HR from March 2015 to April 2016.

Harrell's career also includes leadership roles at Oxigen Environmental, where they served as the Director of Human Resources & Communications from March 2011 to September 2014, and at Horse Racing Ireland, where they worked as the Human Resources Manager from April 2004 to January 2011.

Martin has a diverse range of experience, including a role as a Senior Business Development Manager at TMC from February 2000 to March 2004, and as a Regional Manager at Saint Austell College from April 1997 to June 1999.

Furthermore, Harrell began their career as a Training Manager at The Rank Organization, where they worked from March 1984 to March 1997.
