Sarah MacKinlay

Sarah Mackinlay is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people systems and strategic consulting. Currently serving as SVP of People Projects & Integrations and VP of HR System at Menzies Aviation since April 2017, Sarah has also been the Director/Owner of Scarlet Rhino Ltd since October 2014, focusing on HR transformation and change management consultancy. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director at Apollo Resourcing from 2009 to September 2014, providing strategic consulting on resourcing and employee engagement. Earlier in the career, Sarah worked at First Great Western from 2002 to 2009 as Head of Resourcing, where responsibility included designing and delivering the Employee Resourcing Strategy and managing a high-performance recruitment team.
