Carrie Jared has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carrie began their career at Walmart in 2000, where they held various roles such as Store Manager, Human Resource Market Manager, and Divisional Learning and Development Manager. As the Human Resource Market Manager, Carrie was responsible for creating staffing and succession plans to support the business growth in the Albuquerque area. Carrie also served as a direct liaison between management and associates, maintaining strong employee relations. In 2016, they transitioned to Walmart Distribution Center as an Operations Manager. From 2017 to 2022, Carrie worked for Walmart as a Market Human Resource Manager and later as a People Operation Lead. Carrie recently joined Meow Wolf in 2022 as a member of their Human Resources team.
