Gillian Moon

Gillian "Gilly" Moon is a skilled sound designer and audio engineer with a robust background in sound design for film, video games, and theatre. Currently serving as a Show Audio Engineer at Meow Wolf since November 2025, Gilly also operates Auralune Studios since June 2016, working with notable clients such as Universal Studios and PBS. Previously, Gilly was the Podcast Technical Director at NPR, mentoring nearly 100 producers and engineers, and ensuring high audio standards across the network. Other experience includes designing sound for Universal Studio's Halloween Horror Nights and programming cues for the Kaiser Permanente Educational Theater Program. Gilly holds a Master of Fine Arts in Sound Design from the California Institute of the Arts and a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly, alongside a B.A. in Design and Technical Theatre from Keene State College.
