Regional Impact Manager at Meow Wolf

Kaitlyn Armendáriz has a diverse range of work experience in the arts and education field. Kaitlyn is currently the Programming and Outreach Manager at Meow Wolf. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Collin College, teaching various art and humanities courses with an emphasis on cross-cultural connections. Kaitlyn also served as the Engagement and Outreach Manager at the Business Council for the Arts and the University of Arizona Health Sciences, where they managed projects that brought art professionals and practices into workplaces and facilitated cross-college research collaboration. Earlier in their career, they held positions at the UA College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture as the Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator and at the University of Arizona as a Graduate Assistant. Kaitlyn also gained experience as a Curatorial Intern at the University of Arizona Museum of Art and as the Annual Fund Assistant Manager at Southern Utah University.

Kaitlyn Armendáriz has a diverse education history. Kaitlyn first attended Southern Utah University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation. Following that, they pursued their Master's Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation at the University of Arizona from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also participated in a summer study abroad program at Universidad de Granada in 2015, focusing on Moorish Art & Spanish Translation.

After completing their Master's Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation, Kaitlyn Armendáriz furthered their education at the University of Arizona by pursuing another Master's Degree from 2017 to 2019. This time, their field of study was Near and Middle Eastern Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kaitlyn Armendáriz has obtained several certifications. Kaitlyn completed "Applying the Quality Matters Rubric" at QM Quality Matters in December 2022. Kaitlyn also achieved "Addressing Accessibility, Level 1, 2, and 3 Certification" at Collin College in November 2022. In terms of healthcare-related certifications, they obtained the "HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA)" certification from the University of Arizona in January 2019. Furthermore, Kaitlyn Armendáriz completed "Raiser's Edge Training" at the University of Arizona Foundation in January 2017 and became "FERPA Trained" at the University of Arizona in August 2016.
