Michelle Brylczyk

Michelle Brylczyk has worked in various roles in the entertainment industry. Starting in 2007, they served as a Production Manager at Theatre Y until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Backstage Manager at Carnival Cruise Line. Afterwards, they joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Box Office Supervisor from 2013 to 2016. Michelle then worked as a Guest Relations Supervisor at Philadelphia Zoo from 2016 to 2018. Michelle returned to Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Box Office Manager from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Michelle became a Box Office Manager at Meow Wolf, transitioning to the role of Ticketing Manager at Des Moines Performing Arts in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Ticketing Operations at Meow Wolf.

Michelle Brylczyk obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Taylor University. Michelle attended Taylor University from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Michelle has obtained several certifications, including Employee Experience, Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion, Fostering Belonging as a Leader, Supporting Allyship and Anti-Racism at Work, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in December 2022.
