Monique Griffin

Monique Griffin began their work experience in 1991 as a Culinary Hostess at Disneyland Resort. Monique then worked as a Communications Specialist at Wynn Macau from 2006 to 2007. From 2005 to 2009, Monique served as an Employee Communications Assistant Manager at Wynn Resorts. In 2009, they became an Independent Contractor, specializing in Internal Communications and Advocacy. Currently, Monique holds the position of Senior Communications Manager at Meow Wolf, starting in November 2022.

Monique Griffin has a solid educational background. Monique obtained their Bachelor's degree in Film from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2003. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in International Journalism from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, completing it in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Monique obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In December 2022, they obtained certifications in Accessibility and Inclusion Advocates, Business Leadership, Social Change, and Movements, Change Management with Limited Resources, Communicating with Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service: Serving Internal Customers, Dealing with Microaggression as an Employee, and Digital Accessibility for the Modern Workplace (with Audio Descriptions). In January 2023, they earned certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Making a Case for Accessibility in Your Organization, Recruit Diverse Talent and Promote Equitable Hiring, and Sustainable Employee Engagement. Furthermore, Monique obtained a certification in HR Recruiting Communication Strategies to Attract and Retain Top Talent in December 2022.
