Niketa Watson

Niketa Watson currently serves as the Director of Safety and Security at Meow Wolf since November 2022, after holding the position of Safety Security Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Safety Manager at Rent The Runway from August 2021 to November 2022, and as a Safety Specialist at Amazon Logistics from November 2020 to August 2021, where Niketa managed worker’s compensation cases and oversaw safety policies during inspections. Additionally, Niketa has worked as an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon Fulfillment Center, focusing on confined space and bloodborne policies, and as a Managerial Safety Specialist and EMT at Six Flags, managing worker’s compensation cases and general liability claims. Niketa holds a degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Vernon College, completed in 2011.
