C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017.
