Matthew Schkolnick

Matthew Schkolnick has extensive experience in growth and strategy, currently holding a position at Meow since May 2025. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Pepper since September 2020, Matthew plays a pivotal role in a social app designed for home cooks, boasting a community of over 1 million members and notable achievements such as recognition as an iOS App of the Day. Prior to these roles, Matthew worked at Deloitte from July 2018 to July 2023 as a Senior Consultant in M&A Transaction Services, contributing expertise in due diligence and communication. Earlier career experiences include positions at Monsterful VR and Cloudents, focusing on analytics and business development. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and a Master's in Accountancy from Rutgers Business School.
