Axel Jacobo Barradas

Axel Jacobo Barradas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Product Operations Strategist at Meowtel since March 2021, Axel has also held roles including Senior Support Specialist and Head of Acquisition. As the Founder of World Free Tours since August 2020, Axel established an information hub for free walking tours worldwide. Previously, as Regional Manager for Strawberry Tours from April 2017 to March 2020, Axel managed operations across Latin America, the UK, and Europe, focusing on HR, logistics, data analysis, and customer support. Axel began a career in customer service with Carnival Cruise Lines, where responsibilities included overseeing guest services and processing executive expenses. Axel holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 2006 and 2011.
