Rik Ijssel de Schepper

Rik IJssel de Schepper is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Mepal since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing and optimizing the supply chain network and ensuring effective product flows. Prior to this, Rik held roles at Aviko as Supply Chain Manager from March 2019 to February 2023 and at Ecolab as Supply Chain Planning Manager from April 2014 to April 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Manager S&OP HC EMEA and Project Manager S&OP at Microtek Medical and S&OP Analyst. Rik holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
