Salvatore Nappo has seven years of work experience. From 2020 to present, they have been working as a Technical Support Engineer for ME+EM Ltd, where they are responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS systems, EPOS system assistance, training and documentation, asset list management, G Suite and Microsoft 365 management, and Zoho Desk and Freshdesk administrator. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Store Supervisor for Mountain Warehouse, where they provided in-store customer assistance and phone assistance requiring excellent communications skills, processed payments, exchanges and returns, and used the in-house IT systems and software to manage stock and orders. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Store Supervisor for POUNDLAND LIMITED, where they provided in-store customer assistance requiring communications skills and customer service skills, processed payments, exchanges and returns, and used the IT systems and software to manage stocks and updating documents. Salvatore Nappo has a varied educational background. Salvatore obtained a Secondary School Diploma from the Technical Institute "Luigi Oggiano" in 2008, majoring in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Salvatore then went on to obtain a BSc in Economics and Management from the Università degli Studi di Sassari in 2011, followed by an MSc in Business Administration and Consultancy from the same institution in 2014. Nappo has also obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022, MD-100 Windows 10 from Microsoft in 2020, Eccellenze in Digitale from Google in 2017, ECDL “European Computer Driving Licence” Certification from Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica e il Calcolo Automatico in 2007, and CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in 2020.
