Tracey Stainer has a long and varied work experience in the fashion industry. Tracey began their career in 1993 as a Designer at Martine Sitbon PARIS. Tracey then moved to Nicole Farhi Fashion Limited in 1996, where they were a Freelance Designer on the 'Diversion' range. That same year, they also began working as a Senior Womenswear Designer at TOPSHOP TOPMAN. From 1999 to 2012, they worked at French Connection, starting as a Senior Designer, then becoming Head of Design Womenswear, and finally Design Director Womenswear. In 2012, they began working at LK Bennett as Product Director RTW, and in 2017 they moved to Karen Millen as Creative Design Director. In 2020, they began working at both ME+EM Ltd and Ted Baker, where they are currently Design Director and Design Director (Interim) respectively.
Tracey Stainer completed their Bachelor of Arts in Fashion and Textiles from Middlesex University between 1990 and 1993.
