Shirley Paola Chavez Vento

Shirley Paola Chavez Vento is currently serving as a Practicante de Planeamiento at MEPSA - Aceros Chilca since February 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the tracking of manufacturing orders and updating KPI reports for the planning department. Prior to this role, Shirley held the position of Gerenta de Marketing at Centro Cultural Avanzada Tecnológica from December 2020 to February 2022, focusing on developing marketing strategies and overseeing team training and monitoring. Additionally, Shirley acted as a Project Leader for CCAT Profesional Talks, responsible for directing team tasks and overseeing project activities. Shirley is pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Engineering, expected to graduate in 2023.
