Julianna Mercado

Julianna Mercado's work experience starts in 2015 at Prudential Financial as a Scenic Artist for a brief period. In 2019, they joined GE Transportation, a Wabtec company, for a SCADPro Sponsored Course. Later that year, they worked as a Motion Designer at NLB Studios from December 2019 to January 2020. In 2021, Julianna joined Meptik as a 3D Design Intern and then progressed to become a Junior Real-time Designer. Currently, they hold the position of 3D Generalist at Meptik starting from April 2023.

Julianna Mercado pursued their education in the field of visual arts and film production. Julianna obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Visual Effects from Savannah College of Art and Design from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Miami Dade College in 2017 and 2018 to study Film Production Technology. In their earlier years, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Florida State University, attending from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Julianna holds several certifications from Adobe. In April 2018, they obtained the Adobe Certified Associate in Digital Video Using Adobe Premiere Pro. Furthermore, in March 2018, they received the Adobe Certified Associate in Graphic Design & Illustration Using Adobe Illustrator. Finally, in February 2018, they were certified as an Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Design Using Adobe Photoshop.
