Rafael Aguirre

Rafael Aguirre has extensive work experience in various roles at Mera Corporation. Rafael initially joined as an Associate in 2013, where they collected and analyzed data for the CEO while also undergoing leadership training. Rafael then became a Project Leader for the Mera Way System, spearheading the implementation of business intelligence software and driving cultural change within the organization. Later, they served as the Vice President of the Airport Division, responsible for negotiating contracts, pursuing opportunities, and fostering innovation. In 2021, they worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company. Currently, Rafael is the President of MERA USA, a position they assumed in 2022.

Rafael Aguirre holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also completed Communication Training from Own The Room in March 2016 and KARRASS Negotiation Training from KARRASS™ Negotiating in September 2014.
