Rafael Aguirre has extensive work experience in various roles at Mera Corporation. Rafael initially joined as an Associate in 2013, where they collected and analyzed data for the CEO while also undergoing leadership training. Rafael then became a Project Leader for the Mera Way System, spearheading the implementation of business intelligence software and driving cultural change within the organization. Later, they served as the Vice President of the Airport Division, responsible for negotiating contracts, pursuing opportunities, and fostering innovation.
