Rich serves as a Managing Director and Investment Performance Practice Lead, supporting Meradia’s clients through complex performance operations engagements. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Rich has extensive consulting experience ranging from operational and control reviews to global portfolio management platform deployments. He is an energetic leader with a proven track record for building trust among stakeholders while motivating project teams to reach operational goals. Through his deep knowledge of outsourcers, service providers and leading asset managers, Rich has written extensively on the Performance Book of Record (PBOR).
Prior to joining Meradia, Rich spent two years within BNY Mellon’s Middle-Office Outsourcing division and 16 years at Eagle Investment Systems. While at Eagle/BNY Mellon, he was responsible for product management, implementations and architecting solutions that drove global client programs in multiple locations.
Rich founded the Eagle Performance implementation practice and managed a team of consultants on engagements with numerous asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, private wealth services, family offices, private endowments, and insurance companies.
Rich earned a B.A. from New York University. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors by golfing, sailing, and hiking with his family.
