Othman Alhokail

Othman Abdulrazaq Alhokail is a founding Partner, Vice Chairman, and Shareholder of Merak Capital. Othman built his many years of technology and investment experience working with numerous stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. He is the founder and director of KCC, a holding group focused on technology contracting and trading for government and semi-government clients in the Kingdom. Moreover, Othman serves on several boards such as MasterWorks, the leader in data management and digitization, Advanced Communication and Electronics Systems (ACES), the digital infrastructure neutral host, and BWATECH, the open banking company. Previously, Othman led Business Development for EY and Thomson Reuters in Saudi Arabia.

Othman holds a BA in Finance from King Saud University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
