Alison Bolick

Alison Bolick, MBA, CPTM, PHR, serves as the Executive Director of Organizational Development & Training at Merakey since April 2022, with previous leadership roles including Director of Learning & Development at David's Bridal and Director of Leadership & Training at IKEA. At IKEA, Alison was instrumental in overseeing the implementation of learning strategies for over 18,000 North American employees and improved leadership training offerings for more than 2,500 leaders. With a solid foundation in human resources and development from previous positions at Barnes & Noble and Target, Alison has demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and strategic HR practices. Alison holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from Sonoma State University.
