Shania Kelly

Shania Kelly, LMSW, is an experienced Outpatient Therapist at Merakey, delivering individual, couples, and family therapy within the Northeastern Pennsylvania Region since May 2025. In addition, Shania has held various roles in the nonprofit sector, including Social Worker at Pennsylvania Non-Profit Organizations and Operations Officer at Along The Way, Inc., where operational strategies and workforce development initiatives were led. Previous roles include Program Director, Community College Career Counselor, and Resource Coordinator, all focused on enhancing care, education, and support for at-risk families and individuals. Shania holds a Master of Social Work from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an Associate's degree in Social Work from Northampton Community College.
