Meraki Research
Latha Papa is the founder and researcher at Meraki Research, a qualitative, UX, and design research agency established in November 2017, focused on driving growth across Asia, MENA, Europe, the USA, and the UK. Prior to founding Meraki Research, Latha served as the Qualitative Lead and Mentor at Kantar TNS, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a team during a period of instability. Additional experience includes roles as Strategy and Planning Head at Phantom Ideas, Managing Consultant in the UK for Kantar TNS, and various positions at Kantar TNS that laid the foundation for a career in qualitative research. Latha holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Goa University and is a member of the Market Research Society in the UK.
