Laurens Zwaan

Laurens Zwaan PhD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, consultancy, and research. As a co-founder, Laurens has been serving as a Manager, Consultant, and Researcher at Leeuwendaal since January 1990. In addition, Laurens holds the position of Bestuursvoorzitter at Stichting Fluxus Gorinchem and Instrumentenfonds de Rivieren, promoting music education through the provision of musical instruments. Laurens is also a member of the scientific committee for EUROPA ONG, focusing on public sector research across Europe. Previous roles include serving as Manager at the Gemeente Westland and HR-consultant at Stichting management - ODRP, with earlier experiences as a journalist and tour guide. Academically, Laurens Zwaan earned a PhD in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Master's in Management Consulting from TIAS School for Business and Society, and a Master's in Art History from Utrecht University, alongside a strong foundational education.
