Andrea Censoni

Andrea Censoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Founding Partner and Co-Founder of Kili Ventures, an investment syndicate focused on tech startups in developing countries, particularly Africa. Censoni also holds roles as Investment & Portfolio Manager and Skydeck Europe Milan Program Manager at Cariplo Factory, Program Portfolio Manager at Frontech Accelerator, and an Investor at WafR, which promotes financial inclusion in Morocco. Censoni is President and a founding member of BeEntrepreneurs, dedicated to fostering innovative entrepreneurship, and co-founded the non-profit Startup Africa Roadtrip to build connections between African and Italian startups. Previous experience includes being an Investment Manager in Healthcare Technologies at ENEA Tech and mentoring at Startup Weekend. Censoni holds multiple degrees in International Management, Global Marketing, and Business Administration from prestigious institutions, complemented by various professional development courses.
