Raffy Tayaba has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment and personnel management across various companies. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead in multiple business units at MIESCOR since March 2021, Raffy has previously held key roles including Human Resources Analyst at W Group and HR Officer at William Brothers Manila. Early career positions include HR Data Management Specialist and Recruitment Assistant at MIESCOR, HR Recruitment Officer at Fabtech Kitchens Unlimited Inc., and Recruitment Specialist at COCOLIFE. Raffy holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Rizal Technological University.
