Vanessa Renó

Vanessa Renó has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Vanessa is currently working as a Portfolio & Product Development Director at Merama. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Strategic Projects and Processes at BEYOUNG, where they were responsible for establishing the Strategic Projects & Processes department and managing complex projects. Vanessa also worked as a Project Manager for portfolio innovation and renovation at BEYOUNG.

Before joining BEYOUNG, Vanessa worked at Johnson & Johnson in various roles, including Associate Product Manager, S&OP and Demand Planning Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Senior Project Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, Project Management Trainee, and Intern in Human Resources. Vanessa'sresponsibilities at Johnson & Johnson included designing and implementing marketing plans, budget and P&L management, S&OP process and demand planning leadership, and project coordination.

Vanessa Renó completed their post-graduation in Marketing, specializing in Marketing Management, at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration at Universidade Federal de Itajubá from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2020.
