Matthew Tucker

Matthew Tucker has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew started their career as a Resident Assistant at Missouri State University Residence Hall Association, where they supervised students and organized floor functions and events. Matthew then worked as a Teller at Great Southern Bank, exceeding monthly sales goals and conducting business development calls. Later, they joined Knights of Columbus as a Field Agent, providing services to over 700 members and implementing insurance and investment products. Matthew also worked as a Production Supervisor at Silgan Plastic Food Containers, where they coordinated production, maintenance, and quality assurance. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Quality Engineer, driving exceptional product quality and ensuring regulatory compliance. Matthew then moved to Rocky Brands, Inc., where they served as Vice President - Sourcing and later as Vice President & Brand General Manager - Georgia Boot. In these roles, they managed sourcing activities and brand operations. Matthew rejoined Meramec Group, Inc. as a Regional Vice President, responsible for the Asian and Dominican Republic regions. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strong leadership abilities and a focus on achieving operational excellence.

Matthew Tucker attended St. Francis Borgia High School from 2000 to 2004. Matthew then enrolled at Missouri State University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management.
