Miha Garafolj

Miha Garafolj is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Merantix Momentum since February 2022, where responsibilities include planning, scoping, and implementing AI projects along with developing prototypes and production-ready AI solutions across various industries. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Scientist at brighter AI, focusing on machine learning anonymization pipelines and MLOps systems, as well as a Data Scientist at DCMN specializing in time-series modeling for offline marketing. Miha has also held positions as a Machine Learning Engineer at Ektimo, a Student Data Scientist at Celtra, and a Computer Lab Demonstrator at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. With a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Ljubljana and experience in various machine learning tools and methodologies, Miha combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the field.
