Ileana McGuinness

Ileana McGuinness is a seasoned software development engineer with extensive experience in clinical data management and software solutions. Currently at Merative since October 2022, Ileana continues a role in software engineering for Merative Clinical Development, having transitioned from IBM after its acquisition by Francisco Partners. Prior roles at IBM, spanning from June 2006 to September 2022, include senior software engineer positions in both Clinical Development and Study Advance, along with various leadership roles in cognitive study design and engagement centers. Ileana holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Application from Dublin City University and possesses a rich background in developing innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector and beyond.
