Lauren Engstrom

Lauren Engstrom is a seasoned professional in healthcare and sales enablement with extensive experience in technical operations and strategic management. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement Technical Operations Manager at Merative since July 2022, Lauren has previously held multiple roles at IBM Watson Health, including Sales Enablement Strategic Operations Manager and various lead positions focused on provider services and imaging. Prior to joining IBM, Lauren worked at Truven Health Analytics as a Senior Consulting Manager, managing multiple projects for pharmaceutical clients. Additional experience includes account management for EPIC Ambulatory EMR initiatives at Catholic Health Services, clinical coordination for oncology systems at Winthrop-University Hospital, and nursing roles in both radiation oncology and cardiovascular care. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Health Care Informatics from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania.
