Olga Diella

Olga Diella is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various industries, including logistics, healthcare, consumer goods, hospitality, and retail. Currently serving as the HRBP Manager for Meratus Group, Olga collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals in logistics and trucking. Previously, at Blackmores Group, Olga led the HR & GA Department, overseeing comprehensive people-related services. Prior roles also include People Development & HRBP at Kalbe Nutritionals, Talent Manager at The Ascott Limited, and Leadership Development Supervisor at Arya Noble. Earlier in the career, Olga contributed to talent management and recruitment at LION SUPER INDO and gained experience in training facilitation and child protection at the Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak. Olga holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
