Henrique Pocai

Henrique Pocai's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Henrique is currently working at Mercado Bitcoin as a Partner and Sales Director. Prior to that, they were a Partner and Head of Sales at the same company.

Before joining Mercado Bitcoin, Henrique worked at XP Inc., where they held positions such as Partner and Head of New Business Development and Financial Lines - Insurance, Partner and Head of Products - Insurance and Pension Funds, and Products & Partnerships - Pension Funds.

Earlier in their career, Henrique worked at Nestlé in roles such as Finance and Internal Control. Henrique also started their career at Itau-Unibanco as an Analyst and had internships at RiskOffice and PUC Junior Consultoria, where they gained experience in planning, analysis, and consultancy methods.

Henrique Pocai completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Ibmec from 2018 to 2019. In the same year, they also obtained a certification in Leadership Formation in Economics and Business Management from ISE Business School. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Henrique achieved a degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Additionally, they received a Green Belt certification from Nestlé in March 2011. Henrique also holds a certification as a Corretor SUSEP from SUSEP - Superintendência de Seguros Privados, although the exact date of its acquisition is not specified.
