Joamir Roncasaglia

Joamir Roncasaglia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Developer Analyst at Futura Sistemas in 2003 and then worked as a Developer Analyst at VL Corrêa Tecnologia e Qualidade from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined NW Software as a Developer Analyst and later moved to Consult-Info It Solutions in 2007 for the same role.

In 2008, Joamir joined Venturus Innovation Center as a Developer Analyst, where they initially worked on design maintenance and development using specialized programming languages. They then transitioned into the role of a Database Analyst, where they developed a Warehouse Management System using PostgreSQL.

In 2010, Joamir joined IBM Global Business Services as an International Support Specialist for IBM, providing application support for Shell. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Authi Soluções em TI (holding CPFL Energia) in various roles, including Senior System Architect and Senior Systems Architect, where they were responsible for technical decision-making, recruitment, and troubleshoot. They also implemented Agile methodologies and managed a large-scale geographic information system.

In 2017, Joamir joined Mercado Bitcoin as a Data Leader and CX Leader. They held this position until 2019 and then became a DPO - Data Protection Officer in 2021.

Overall, Joamir has gained significant experience in data leadership, system architecture, application support, and project management throughout their career.

Joamir Roncasaglia completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Universidade São Francisco in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Systems of Information from Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo, which they attended from 2001 to 2004.
