Walter Rodrigues is the Co-Founder at Diferente. Walter was previously the Head of Dark Kitchen at Rappi from August 2018 to June 2021. Walter was responsible for creating and implementing the new Dark Kitchen business model. Walter has the largest "share" in Latin America at 15%. Walter has built and created 11 hubs in 7 cities with over 150 kitchens and 200 brands. Walter has the best operational indicators in Latin America (Defect Rate, Waiting Time, Time in Store, Availability, etc.). Walter has also increased post-sales growth for brands, orders, AOV, and GMV (organic and inorganic). Walter's expansion plan includes risk factors, saturation, supply/category potential, GMV potential, and other areas of direct impact such as real estate, growth, marketing, operations, facilities, and others. The Dark Store has strategic partnerships with large industrial and retail companies in the segment. Prior to Rappi, they were the Head of Finance and Administration at Saj Restaurantes from December 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Xcelis Consulting from February 2015 to November 2016. And before that, they were the Lead Logistics PL at Bunge from January 2014 to December 2014.

Walter Rodrigues has a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista and a degree in Logistics Operations Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
