Wenner Iglesias is currently an operations manager at Diferente. Prior to this, they worked as a logistics analyst at Liv Up from March 2020 to December 2020. There, they were responsible for studying and developing delivery methods, as well as operational monitoring of deliveries with the shipping team and analysis of KPIs in order to promote continuous improvement processes. They also managed the operations team with feedback routines. Their focus was on delivery excellence and transparency of information and indicators. Wenner also worked as a customer experience analyst at Nubank from October 2017 to August 2019, where their focus was on customer service and experience, as well as problem solving and unforeseen events. They implemented processes in a new area of customer service, generated interdepartmental reports in order to analyze quantitative and qualitative data of operation and information of the main reasons for contact with customers, in order to mitigate future contacts and points of friction. Wenner also developed training programs for new employees and aligned with other project departments.
Wenner Iglesias has a degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo and a diploma in Business Management from Cephas - Centro de Educação profissional Helio Augusto de Souza.
