Lacramioara Ardeleanu

Lacramioara (Lacra) Ardeleanu serves as Director of Finance Operations at Universal Music Group since January 2013, overseeing commercial management of outsourcing contracts, governance models, finance automation programs, and operational performance improvements. Previously, Lacra held the position of Senior Finance Manager, adeptly managing BPO operations and driving transformation projects while developing training programs and participating in SAP initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Finance Analyst and Finance Manager, providing comprehensive finance reporting and project management related to outsourcing transitions. Prior to Universal Music Group, Lacra worked at Accenture as Team Lead and Chief Accountant, coordinating teams and managing client relationships, alongside experience as an RTR Specialist. Lacra holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Academia de Studii Economice din București, complemented by a high school diploma specializing in Finance-Accounting.
