Danny Duran

Danny Duran is an accomplished Software Architect with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives and engineering teams. Currently, at Hopper since November 2019, Danny provides architectural direction, defining technology standards and staying updated on industry trends. Previously, Danny held key positions at GDX Travel as CTO and Software Architect, focusing on AWS and API architecture, and served as an Expert Software Engineer at Amadeus, contributing to both frontend and backend projects for online travel agencies. Earlier career experiences include roles at Aranda Software Corp, Wigilabs, and the University of Magdalena, showcasing a strong foundation in full-stack development and process automation. Danny holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Magdalena.
