Jaime Semprun

Jaime Semprun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and growth across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor/Operator at Vadeuna since April 2021, Jaime specializes in go-to-market strategies and operational growth for startups in seed to series A stages. At Mercado Libre, Jaime focuses on strategy, operations, and value proposition, while previously holding the position of Founder & CEO at Rocamora Chemicals, which involved the import and distribution of chemicals for the Mexican manufacturing sector. As the Director of Growth & Strategy at DiDi from January 2020 to June 2023, Jaime oversaw growth initiatives and strategic operations for both DiDi Food and DiDi Card. Additionally, Jaime served as a mentor at First Round Capital from July 2021 to May 2023. Jaime holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Licenciatura en Economía from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
