Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background also includes working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
