Juan Alfonso Herrero Pascual

Juan Alfonso Herrero Pascual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in European affairs, currently serving as the Director of European Affairs and Head of the Brussels Office at Mercadona since December 2015. In addition to this role, Juan is a Board Member at EuroCommerce and has been an alternate member of the European Economic and Social Committee since November 2020. Juan also holds positions on the Board of Directors at the Cámara Oficial de Comercio de España en Bélgica y Luxemburgo and is a member of the European Affairs Committee at CEOE. Juan has a strong academic background, holding degrees in Law and Political Science from the University of Valencia, as well as advanced qualifications in Public Affairs and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Georgetown University.
