Hunter McNeill is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both real estate and data management. Currently functioning as a Real Estate Broker on the Rising Tide Team at Intracoastal Realty since January 2023, Hunter specializes in representing residential clients in their home buying and selling endeavors. In addition, as a Sr. ETL Developer at Mercalis since November 2018, Hunter develops and maintains data warehousing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and integration. Hunter owns and operates Hunter Properties, LLC, a family-run business focused on residential rentals and sales in North Carolina, while also having held significant roles in data architecture and solutions development at notable organizations such as McKesson and Allscripts. Hunter's foundational education includes a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Real Estate License from J.Y. Monk Real Estate School.
